Fit My Life Coaching's Nicole Taylor provides online fitness programs specialising in functional training using kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight. She also provide advice on healthy eating for fat loss and mindset tips to help you create a happy, healthy lifestyle.
Coach Nic is a certified Master Trainer, Kettlebell Coach and Nutrition Coach, and her approach uses scientifically proven methods and a genuine desire to help people to create exercise programs that fit your life!
I’ve always had a true passion for health, fitness, and nutrition, so I started FML Coaching to share my knowledge and help others create healthy, active lives that they love.
I’m a certified Master Trainer (certificates 3 & 4) and a qualified Nutrition Coach (PN level 1), and I use positive reinforcement to help create healthy routines and habits that fit your lifestyle.

Together, we’ll work out what your goals are and your motivation for achieving them, then figuring out what’s holding you back, and how we can make a plan that works for you – even when life gets busy.
We’ll understand what you’re currently doing right, and helping you find ways to build on your positive habits, then helping you find ways to tweak or adjust less healthy habits without totally reworking your entire life.
Ultimately, we want to make simple, achievable, and sustainable changes so you can achieve your goals AND have a life you love.
And above all, working with me means I am right there to support, encourage,
and guide you to reach your goals.
NO EXTREME DIETS
No ‘one size fits all’ cookie cutter meal plans, or extremely restrictive diets that leave no room to enjoy life.
NO RIGID RULES
Strict adherence to a low carb/vegan/keto/etc way of eating, regardless of what you like and want to eat. Not saying that any of those ways of eating are wrong, but if they’re not right for you then there’s no point forcing it!
NO BORING EXERCISE
The best exercise is whatever you do regularly. This means if you’re not looking forward to your workouts, then that workout style just isn’t for you – we’ll find something you love instead!
Shaming or discouragement are not needed when you’re embarking on a health and fitness journey. Instead we’ll celebrate good choices, and prepare for the times when good choices are tough.
